Are you aged 13-19 years and living in Tower Hamlets? Would you like to speak to someone about something that's bothering you?

If so, then you can call up Connexions in Tower Hamlets. We have a team of Personal Advisers who will arrange to meet you when and where it suits you. We offer confidential support, with friendly advice, support in accessing other services or just a listening ear - we won't judge you - just listen and do whatever we can to help.

Feel free to raise any concerns such as planning your education, training or employment, problems with family or friends, housing or money, health issues or anything else.
