Being healthy isn’t always easy. There are loads of temptations out there, but it’s important you look after your health, even in your teens. Have a read of the articles in this section, for useful health advice and simple changes you can make. There’s also information on things like eating disorders and being safe in sexual relationships.

There are two main eating disorders – Anorexia and Bulimia. Both men and women can get them – and it’s usually a way for people to deal with negative emotions or a lack of control, not because they’re worried about their weight.

Spots. Whether you get the odd one, or you’ve got really bad acne, they’re something most young people have to cope with. But there are things you can do to prevent them – and even bad acne will usually clear up with the right treatment.

Although legally you have to be 16 to have sex, many people do it younger than that.

These days you hear a lot about drugs, and you may even know people who’ve tried them – or perhaps you’ve taken them yourself.

If you’re a parent, you need to think about your child’s health, as well as your own.
