School, friends, homework - as you grow older it can be difficult fitting everything in. Here at Connexions we can help you make the most of your time. From planning your work, to finding information about things that interest you, you can call on us for advice and support whenever you need it.

Although as a young person you are free to choose your own religion, most people who have a faith follow their parents’ beliefs.

The internet can be a great resource for finding out things for your education, and it’s very easy to use.

No one deserves to be bullied but unfortunately most people face it at some time or other. If you’re being bullied it isn’t something to be ashamed of - the person who should feel ashamed is the bully.

Every year people from richer countries have been eating better, feeling healthier and living longer. But we are only able to do this by damaging parts of the world around us. We can’t carry on like this for much longer.

Everyone under 16 has to receive education, which normally means going to school. For children and young people in care, it’s important that your social worker talks about your education with you and your parents.
