Health

How healthy are you really? We all know we should be eating the right things, and doing some exercise, but getting round to it is another matter. This section gives you straightforward advice on how to improve your health, as well as information on things like smoking, drugs, and going through puberty.

If you want to be healthy, it’s important to eat the right kinds of food. Food – what’s good, what’s bad

Doing exercise is good for your health, and it helps you look and feel better. So it’s a good idea to do some at school or in your free time, at least three times a week.

Smoking is one of the worst things you can do to your health. So if you’ve never tried it, don’t bother. You can easily become addicted and you’ll regret it later.

Got a question about something to do with your health? Here’s who to contact.

If you take drugs, you’re taking a big risk. You’ll never know exactly what you’re taking and the affect they can have on you – and you could seriously damage your organs, such as your heart and brain, or even die.

Over the next few years, your body will go through some pretty dramatic changes. It’s all part of growing up, and it can be summed up in a single word: puberty.
